How long will my order take?
Most USA orders arrive within 2-5 business days. International orders typically take about 1 to 2 weeks depending on the country.
Does my order come with tracking?
Yes! It'll be e-mailed to you upon shipment so you can track your order as it heads your way! It will automatically be sent to the e-mail address you enter at checkout.
Do you take returns or exchanges?
As long as you contact us within 10 days of receiving your item and it is unworn, we take returns on most items!

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable on all items.
I live in another country, how can I purchase your products?
We ship all over the world, but keep in mind we are not responsible for VAT or other import taxes and fees you may incur via your local customs office. This is all standard practice by most online stores. Some countries do charge an import tax or fee while others don't. If you haven't had to deal with it on international orders in the past, you're likely not in a country that does this. If you are in a country that is subject to VAT or import fees, please take this into consideration when making your purchase.
International shipping also comes with tracking on all items.
I want an item that's out of stock! What should I do?
We sometimes get items back in stock depending on the demand for them! Send us an e-mail and we'll add you to our wait list!
